Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase!
For any damaged items or packs, we will issue an RA and return label to ship the damaged item(s) for a replacement if available OR store credit applied to your next order OR refund of your choice.
However, for non-damaged items and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, shipping purchased items back will be at the expense of the buyer for store credit or a refund. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied.
**To be eligible for a refund; All Items MUST be complete and in their original packaging for a refund OR refund will be denied.
